The box said the software was compatible with Windows XP, yet Windows XP did not recognize it. To this day, I do not know what the problem was. I gave up on these people and just decided to return this digital keychain and purchase something else. Was supposed to work or the software that it ran on! I asked to speak to another person and when I did get another person, they too seemed baffled and useless. Now, that did not seem like a very practical or smart solution to me because if many others were having this problem, did that not mean that several defective keychains were on the market? Did that not mean byĬhances of getting another defective keychain were quite high? Nonetheless, I took her suggestion and did what she said, only to find myself on the phone again later in the day because another one that I had purchased ended up being defective as well! Boy was I mad! I asked technical support if there was something else that I could try, and the person on the other end seemed absolutely clueless and must not have had any idea how this digital keychain. On hold for fifteen minutes and suffering a disconnection, I finally got a hold of someone and I was told that a large number of other customers had called with the very same problem and that I should return the one I have and get a new one.

I checked the instruction booklet, but found no solutions for the problem that I had (the instruction booklet by the way is very poorly written and designed), so I decided to call customer service and get some live technical support. The version is listed on the back of the Photo Key Chain as 151SX, DPKEY or 151MP. All reviews Support I thought that this would make a real nice and cool gift for my grandmother, but boy was I ever wrong! First off, I attempted to install the software that comes with this digital photo keychain, yet my computer could not detect the device.
